They are highly not trust worthy , I ordered there stripped pink night suit and requested the an exchange which I never received. I contacted the team who assured that they will dispatch the order , I have done multiple followups but I have received no replies from them . Seems they do not even care to respond to customers. I would highly recommend you to now buy anything from their store. Highly disappointed

Fraudsters…I had exchanged a product for which they took difference amount and though they didn’t have d product in stock still took order n later informed that it was not in stock after d amount was debited,I never got any oder product or my money.they will never answer ur calls n customer care does not exist…Dey don’t even reply to ur mails,I m duped of 2800..never buy from these guys

Fraud. They have hidden comments on their insta page as well. Such low quality products and ever since i placed an exchange request, there has been no update from over 20 days. They don’t reply to emails or even on insta. Why have you started a business when you do not have the quality, capacity or even capability to make amends. So disappointing. It's a fraud website, they don't provide your refund, nor do they reply to your messages. My package was sent back and never received any refund after following up like crazy. Be aware don't fall into their marketing tactics!!!!

Ordered a Satin Shirt.. Firstly, you're getting the same shirt on Amazon, same brand but costlier. So best is to go through the website. The other advantage of going through the website is... - I ordered a shirt. - The delivery date was 25th - Got it on 24th. - Noticed a few threads coming out. - Complained on their whatsapp number. - The gentleman on the other end was very professional. - Considering the urgency, he immediately got it replaced within a few hours. A guy came, picked the order and gave me a new one. The rep also continuously followed up on whatsapp. My first time with them, and what an impression they've left. Great service!
